ORDERS
A: No, as we are only an online store.

Therefore sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details are safe.
A: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. This information will be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. Please ensure you check your spam for your order confirmation email.
A: Once you have placed your order, it will not be possible to make any changes to your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.
A: Yes, after your order has been processed we will send you your tracking number.
A: We start the order process as soon as you place an order, once this process has started we are unable to cancel it.

A: If you have missed your delivery you will be left with a delivery note which you will then need to follow the instructions on the note and contact the delivery office to reschedule a new delivery date and time.
A: You will be required to sign for your package, if you are not in then someone else can sign for you. If no one is home then the courier will leave a delivery note and you can rearrange delivery for a later date and time.
A: Deliveries can be made to any address you provide in the delivery address section when at the checkout. Please ensure that the information that you provide is correct to ensure that your delivery arrives successfully.
A: Unfortunately, UK Next Day & Weekend delivery is not currently available.
RETURNS
A: Delivery charges are not refunded and will only refund you what for what you paid for your order.
We’ll process all refunds using the payment method you originally used to purchase your order.
A: We don’t offer exchanges right now. You will have to place a new order to get the item of your choice. You can return your item to us for a refund if the item is faulty or we sent to you an incorrect item. Find out how to return here.
A: When you complete the order in the checkout and submit your order, payment from your account will be made immediately. If there is a query with the payment, either your card issuer or we will contact you.
PROMOTIONS
A: When you are in the Checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the 'Apply Coupon' box, enter the correct code and click 'Apply coupon'. If the code is valid and entered correctly your discount will be applied!

A: Changing your email address is simple log into your account using your old email address, and click on 'my account’ then click on account details and enter your new email in the email address section then save the changes.
A: When putting in you details please ensure that they are correct, by checking all information carefully, you can also contact your bank to check there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us with details of any error messages received and we will investigate further.
